Wedding Canvas with 1st Song

A good friend asked me to use my talents and put her wedding song on their first dance photo for her husband's birthday gift. What a great idea. I can not wait for our new home to be built so I can make one for my husband and I to put in our bedroom. I hope to make it a romantic little space for the two of us to retreat to. If you have a desire to have yours done to contact me and I can do it! Send me your picture and the song title + singer, i'll google it and get it done. I can email it to you ready to send to print store for ordering for $25. you could always print it and frame it too.
The canvas turned out super cute though.

I am excited to see it at her house hanging up on the wall.

Cover Pins for Pinterest

I can not seem to sleep tonight so here I am up and playing on my computer. While looking for dinner ideas I kept passing up the pinterest boards I wanted to look at and thought, 'I should create a cover pic that will catch my eye and tell me what the board is instead of reading all the labels! Some of my boards I have visually memorized but others are not so clear since they use the first pin you pinned to that board unless you go in and change it yourself. Here is my first attempt and I would just try it before posting it but you have to pin from a website to get anything on there. Here is my SAMPLE pin cover photo.
I personally think I can create a better image photo wise but hey at 10:55pm this is what we are SAMPLING with!!

Princess Party Time

I just ordered a new cartridge for my Cricut machine with 4 Disney princesses. I am super excited to start using it and see what all it will do. We now have Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Mulan to add to our array of custom birthday decorations. I wish I would have had this for my daughters birthday but she still has plenty to come and I don't think she will be out-growing Cinderella any time soon. I mean come on, who doesn't enjoy the old Disney movies every now and then?! Check back soon to see what we have been creating!!

Happy Crafting!!

Egg Casserole Delight

I have found a love for eggs as a breakfast go to. Loading them up with all the fixings is even better but can be time consuming even if everything is chopped and ready to be placed in the pan. So, I decided to make mini egg casseroles in my muffin pan. I know they are every where on pinterest but so super easy! A few eggs, a dash of milk and unlimited ideas of add in's I have a great breakfast feast every morning in only 20 min in the microwave! They only take about 30 min to prep and cook on the weekend and last all week. I bake mine at 400-425 degrees for about 10 min. Watching them as they approach the 10 min mark. I fill the cups to the top, they do expand some but deflate back down once cooled. A large muffin pan would be awesome to try!!

After cooking the sausage (or other meat of choice) I mix it all up in a bowl. This yummy batch has sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, 5 eggs and some milk. I am going to try ham and bacon too when I catch them on sale! Another thought was carrots shredded up for that extra veggie kick. Now I just need to get my kids to try them and like them!!

A side of fruit or additional meat makes these a delightful meal.

What's your go to breakfast feast?
